Since 1938, Carbone’s has been part of the fabric of Hartford. What began as a neighborhood restaurant founded by brothers Charlie and Tony Carbone grew over generations into a Hartford institution—known for generous Italian-American cooking, warm hospitality and a table where everyone was welcome.
